Shop Manager: Video Game Tycoon

I love Tycoon games so it was easy to purchase 'Shop Manager: Video Game Tycoon" on Steam. The player's job is to run a video game store that your uncle gave you and this means you have to buy games, consoles, computers plus their accessories and restock your shelves with new purchases at the start of each day. You also have to serve customers and this includes them asking questions about shop items from rating to availability, you can give out loyalty cards to ensure you get repeat customers.

Your duties also include keeping the store clean so you got to click through the sections of the store and clicking on the rubbish before your customers get upset at the untidiness of your store.

At the end of each week, your uncle will appear to give you a report on how your week was and give you a rating for the week out of ten. There's a twist to this game, you got to look after your family by improving your house and giving generous amounts of money to your kids ($150+ at a time) but that's not the biggest twist, the big twist is that you also got to hire a team to make video games and release them by a certain time.

Your shop can have debts of up to $10,000 and it does take time to work off but this makes the game fun because there is so much you need to take into account from stock to game development to family needs.

The graphics are basic but that's not a big issue though I did notice that the writing could be sharper in quality as it was hard to read what the uncle was saying.

So far the game is great and I hope the developer does not make any drastic changes that could ruin how good this game is. Rating: 5 out of 5.
